With extensive M&A expertise, he has led due diligence, integrations, and enterprise sales while excelling in change management and value creation. A distinguished US Army veteran with vast operational experience, he has managed large teams, multi million-dollar P&Ls, and billion-dollar budgets. Boyd’s strategic leadership is a key asset in driving the company’s growth and success.

Amy is a seasoned professional driving client account management and operational strategy. She ensures client satisfaction, retention, and service expansion through strong relationship-building and strategic planning. Her expertise in process improvement, operational effectiveness, and

Tejas, our Global Product & Technical Lead, guides the product team with strong leadership and business acumen. Based in Australia, he efficiently manages a team in India, fostering collaboration and clarity.

Uma is a young yet seasoned Chartered Accountant who quickly rose to leadership through excellence. Well-informed in political affairs and a cricket enthusiast, Uma, a Hyderabad native, is now navigating the balance between work and personal life after recently getting married.

Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for over 25 years. He was the founder, COO, and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, CA, which was sold in 2011 to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ: PSSI). Richard is a general, limited partner and operating partner with BelHealth Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare.

Mr. Wolpow was also chairman of POC Network Technologies, a medical technology company he founded in 2007, which was acquired in 2022 by Red Sail Technologies, a Francisco Partners Portfolio Company. 

In Late 2020 Mr. Wolpow founded Red Door Capital Partners.  The Red Door team is a group of seasoned entrepreneurial experts from private equity operations, investments & wealth management, and legal services, that have joined together to identify, invest in, and manage private equity transactions.  Red Door partners with founders and entrepreneurs who seek real capital partners to create collaborative relationships, deploy strategic oversight, implement governance, and professionalize operations.

Don is the founder of VentureWest Partners, LLC, which he founded in 2002, to provide M & A, interim CEO, capital formation and debt restructuring services to early stage and lower middle market companies to national and international companies. He was an interim CEO for Blue Lime Software Inc., EZ Healthcare West, Inc., and Symeron Software, Inc. He provided executive leadership, recruited key employees, raised capital, and sold Blue Lime Software to a financial investor. He also co-founded Vonzos Partners, LLC, an early stage technology venture capital firm.  Currently, Don is a Senior Advisor to Red Door Capital Partners. Red Door invests side-by-side along with its network of High Net Worth Investors, Family Offices, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s).
