THE PROBLEM

A major security solution provider needed to make their vehicles smart to provide their drivers additional security, equipping them with technology. The vehicles transport high-value goods from various locations. The company required real-time information about vehicles in use to be transmitted to their head office.

First, we understood our client’s operational procedures and designed an innovative solution that fits their everyday operations. Next, we tested our innovative solution over a three-week period in their vehicles allowing location, door status and video feed to be transferred back to the platform in real-time. Our smart surveillance solution allowed them to monitor their fleet, control their vehicle’s doors and the mobility of the vehicle. In times of emergency the driver is able to press the panic button alerting the command centre instantly.
